Cancellation Policy & Refunds

 

If you want to cancel your adventure, we will refund the requested and expected initial deposit amount up to 60 days before departure. If the adventure is cancelled by Diamond Divas A Girlfriend Experience or any organization, agency, business or country connected with our journey, then you will receive a full refund of deposits submitted. Refunds are made via check and will come to you in the mail within the first 60 days after the announcement of the cancellation.

 

However, there are many different scenarios that can cancel an adventure or cause one to leave early. Heaven forbid a death in the family, a serious illness in the family, work related issues or you become ill and unable to travel. These are just a few examples. DIAMOND DIVAS: A GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE has a no refund policy in the event that you cancel your trip less than 60 days from departure, or you must leave the adventure early due to personal reasons. In the event you must leave early, we will work with contracted staff to get you home. However, the cost to change your flight will be your responsibility.
